New Year's Eve 2026 At BangPop

We’re open from 8pm until 1am on Thursday 31 December 2026. Our main kitchen serves until 10:30pm, followed by a late-night snack menu. Stay for the midnight countdown and welcome 2027 with us.

Choose Inside BangPop or the Premium Riverside Terrace when booking, subject to availability. You can also nominate your preferred arrival time. Specific tables and river views are not guaranteed.

Your table is reserved for the night, until 1am. There are no two-hour sittings. The Premium Terrace beverage package is available for three hours only, not the entire evening.

Inside BangPop: $75 per person, fully credited towards your food and drinks bill. Premium Riverside Terrace: $175 per person, including $65 food credit and a three-hour beverage package valued at $110. Additional food and drinks are charged separately; unused credit is not redeemable for cash.

Yes. Groups of seven or fewer can order à la carte or choose a sharing banquet. Groups of eight or more must select either Suk San Wan or Wow Kapow for the whole table.

Suk San Wan is $85 per person inside or $195 per person on the Premium Riverside Terrace. Wow Kapow is $145 per person inside or $255 per person on the terrace. Both terrace prices include the three-hour beverage package. Sharing banquets are prepaid and require a minimum of two guests.

Yes. Everyone at the table must select the same sharing menu, excluding children ordering from the kids’ menu.

Please provide all dietary and allergy requirements when booking. Suk San Wan offers dietary substitutions with advance notice. Due to the nature of Wow Kapow, dietary alterations are not available.

The three-hour package includes Yarra Valley sparkling on arrival, selected wines, Thai-inspired cocktails, tap beers, light beer, mocktails and soft drinks. Drinks outside the package, or after it ends, are available to purchase separately.

Your three hours begin when everyone at your table has arrived or at 9pm, whichever comes first. The package starts for the whole table together, and late arrivals do not extend it. Your table remains reserved until 1am.

Please include the original booking name in your booking notes if booking separately from friends. We’ll do our best to seat you together, subject to availability.

BangPop is located beside the Yarra River at South Wharf, but fireworks views are not guaranteed. Visibility depends on official display locations, viewing restrictions and other factors.

The Riverside Terrace is an outdoor, undercover area beside the Yarra River. Seating is subject to availability, and moving terrace bookings inside due to weather cannot be guaranteed.

Yes, children are welcome and can order from the kids’ menu, including at tables of eight or more. For inside seating, book a $75 ticket per child; the full amount is credited towards the table’s food and drinks bill. For Premium Riverside Terrace, children also need a $175 ticket, including $65 food credit and the three-hour beverage package (with soft drinks and mocktails). Terrace spaces are limited, so book all children with your group.
