Guided by BangPop’s expert chefs, you’ll wok-toss classic Pad Thai noodles in a tangy tamarind sauce and master the vibrant, zesty flavours of Som Tam – Thailand’s famous green papaya salad.

This class is perfect for beginners and foodies alike, teaching the art of balancing sweet, sour, salty, and spicy elements.

Enjoy your creations riverside with a welcome mocktail and a glass of wine or beer. Includes recipe booklet and apron to take home.

Green Curry Prawns
& Thai Roti

Get ready to spice things up!

In this immersive Thai masterclass, you’ll pound your own green curry paste with fresh herbs and aromatics, then create a rich, coconut-based Green Curry with prawns and seasonal veg.

You’ll also learn to knead, stretch, and pan-fry authentic Thai roti – golden, flaky, and perfect for soaking up curry.

This fun class includes a welcome mocktail, a house drink, recipe cards, and your own curry paste to take home.

Also beginner-friendly but a great immersive experience for experienced chefs.

Crab Fried Rice
& Sweet Spring Rolls

You’ll wok-toss aromatic jasmine rice with crab, garlic, and Thai spices to achieve that signature smoky wok hei, then roll up crispy Chocolate Banana Spring Rolls served with pandan custard.

A Thai-inspired mocktail kicks off the experience, and you’ll enjoy your meal riverside with a glass of wine, beer, or soft drink.
