The dishes


Pad Thai is a popular Thai dish that consists of stir-fried rice noodles, vegetables, egg, and tofu. It was originally created over 60 years ago as a way to deal with rice shortage in Thailand, and has since become a beloved staple in Thai cuisine.

The dish is flavored with a combination of sweet, sour, and salty flavors, with a hint of spice from chili pepper. It is typically served with a side of crushed peanuts, fresh lime, and bean sprouts to add a crunchy texture and zesty flavor

Green Papaya Salad

Green Papaya Salad, also known as Som Tam, is a refreshing and healthy Thai salad made with shredded green papaya, tomatoes, carrots, green beans, and roasted peanuts. The salad is dressed with a tangy and spicy sauce made from lime juice, fish sauce, palm sugar, and chili peppers.

At BangPop’s Green Papaya Salad masterclass, you will learn how to create this flavorful and nutritious Thai salad with the guidance of an expert chef. You will learn how to prepare the green papaya and balance the flavors of the dressing to create a delicious and authentic Som Tam.
