Everything you need to know before joining us for Journey to Thailand Bottomless Brunch.
When is Bottomless Brunch available?
Bottomless Brunch is available on Saturdays, Sundays & public holidays. The sitting begins at 12:30pm & concludes at 2pm.
What is included in the $89 price?
The experience includes a three-course Thai sharing menu & 90 minutes of bottomless beverages.
Does everyone at the table need to participate?
Yes. Bottomless Brunch is one in, all in, so all adult guests seated at the table must participate. Alcohol-free wine, beer, mocktails, soft drinks & juices are included for guests who are not drinking alcohol.
Can you accommodate dietary requirements & allergens?
Yes. BangPop is exceptionally dietary friendly, w/ a dedicated vegan & gluten-free menu available. Please outline all dietary requirements & allergies when making your booking so our team can prepare & accommodate your guests.
Do I need to pay when making the booking?
A credit card is required to secure your reservation, but you can pay for your Bottomless Brunch on the day.
What is the cancellation & no-show policy?
We understand that plans & guest numbers can change, & we will always do our best to work w/ you. Please let us know if anyone in your booking is no longer attending. If guests do not attend & we have not been notified, or the booking fails to arrive, the card used to secure the reservation may be charged a no-show fee. Full terms are outlined during the booking process.
What happens if we are running late?
We understand that some delays are outside your control. Please call the restaurant & let us know if you are running late. We will do our best to facilitate your booking; however, when the restaurant is heavily booked or guests arrive significantly late, we cannot guarantee that the full Bottomless Brunch experience will still be available.
Can children attend Bottomless Brunch?
Yes. Children are welcome to attend & can order from BangPop’s kids menu on the day.
Can you accommodate large groups?
Yes. Bookings for up to 12 guests can be made directly through our online booking widget. For groups of more than 12, please contact our events team at events@southwharfrestaurants.com.au .
Which drinks are included?
The drinks selection includes cocktails, mocktails, sparkling, white & red wine, beer, alcohol-free wine & beer, soft drinks, sparkling water & juices.
How does responsible service of alcohol apply?
BangPop always follows responsible service of alcohol requirements. Service may be slowed or stopped where required under RSA laws. Free water is available throughout the sitting & we ask all guests to drink responsibly.
Does a public holiday surcharge apply?
Yes. A 15% surcharge applies on public holidays.
