HOW GROUP BOOKINGS WORK (THE SIMPLE VERSION)

To ensure smooth service and the best possible experience:

All large bookings require coordination with our events team and a pre-payment or security to secure the reservation. You’ll be guided through each step of the booking process by our coordinators to ensure everything is confirmed smoothly.

  • Terrace bookings of 9+ guests are required to select a sharing banquet from our Group Dining Menu

 

 

  • If a sharing menu doesn’t suit your group, alternative arrangements may be possible for inside bookings depending on the day and time

 

  • For larger groups and exclusive spaces, minimum food & beverage commitments apply

SEATED GROUP DINING EVENTS

BangPop specialises in Thai sharing banquets, perfect for birthdays, hens parties, corporate lunches, team dinners and celebrations.

Terrace Dining

  • 9+ guests on the Riverside Terrace
  • Sharing banquet required
  • Ideal for relaxed, social dining by the river
  • Generally hosted across a collection of tables in a semi-exclusive area
  • One long table may be possible depending on availability, minimum food and beverage commitments apply

 

Indoor Restaurant Dining

  • 13+ guests indoors are encouraged to choose a sharing menu
  • Semi-exclusive areas or setups available
  • Generally hosted across a collection of tables in a semi-exclusive area

Large Seated Events

  • Venue exclusivity available for up to 260 seated guests
  • Exclusive space options available for 60–80 guests seated

BangPop offers some of the most flexible cocktail event spaces in South Wharf, with options ranging from intimate riverside gatherings to full venue takeovers.

Our chefs have carefully curated a range of group dining and stand-up event packages that showcase the very best of BangPop. These menus are designed to highlight our signature dishes, balance flavours across the table, and ensure a smooth, enjoyable experience for groups of all sizes.

While other options may be available, we highly recommend one of our sharing banquets — it’s the best way for your guests to enjoy the full BangPop experience, with generous serves, vibrant variety and the kind of dining that brings everyone together.
